Name, academic title, email address, institution, country, phone number, the content of your abstracts and co-author details, your registration choices and, if you ask for an invoice, the invoice details you enter.
Why we use it
To run the conference: managing accounts, reviewing abstracts, preparing the program, handling registrations and payments, issuing invoices and certificates, and sending you the emails related to these steps.
Who sees it
The organizing committee and the referees assigned to your abstract (reviews are blind unless stated otherwise). We use an email service provider to deliver our messages. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to organize the conference and to meet legal obligations such as accounting rules.
Your rights
